Bags/Backpacks: You can bring bags and/or backpacks into the event; however, our security team can

up on the grass, please be respectful of other people’s space.

Camping: Southfork Ranch is private property and does not permit camping

Cash: We try to keep Celebrate Freedom as inexpensive as possible; you will
need cash for parking, drinks and any other items you may want to pick

Children’s Village: We will once again have an amazing children’s area with the Hawaiian Falls Children's Village featuring live
entertainment from KidStand ALL DAY with free games and activities! There will also be an
area where children can play on bounce houses, slides, bungee jumps. Wet or dry inflatables for all children provided by All Around Amusements.

Coolers: NO, coolers allowed. You are permitted to have Ice Chests and Coolers

Exit #30, Parker Road. Take a right and travel east on Parker Road for
approximately 5.5 miles. You will reach the intersection of FM 2551

Medical Facilities: Medical Facilities provided by Care Now Family Doctors, will be
available to treat small emergencies such as cuts, bruises, heat related
illnesses etc. EMS units will be on the scene to treat or transport to
medical facilities if needed. People with medical conditions that require
special equipment or treatment every few hours should remember

Meeting the Artists: Most of the Celebrate Freedom® 2011 will be available for autographs in
the Artist Village located in the far northern pavilion building. A

Photographs: Celebrate Freedom® 2011 is a very active event. You can bring your
cameras and capture the special moments you experience; however,
anyone entering the property understands that they can be photographed or video taped at any time.
Participation/Attendance in/of the event jointly and severally grants to
SALEM COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION and its subsidiaries,
affiliates and related entities (collectively “Owner”) the absolute and
irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use, re-use, display,
distribute, transmit, publish, re-publish, copy, or otherwise exploit,
either in whole or in part, either digitally, in print, or in any other
medium now or hereafter known, for any purpose whatsoever and
without restriction, photographs and/or video taken of me, or in which I
may be included (collectively “Photographs”); to alter the same without
restriction; and to copyright the same. By participating, your company
understands and agrees that Owner may or may not use your
companies name in conjunction with the photographs as determined in
its sole and absolute discretion.
Participation in the event hereby releases, discharges, indemnifies and
holds Owner and their respective agents, representatives, and
assignees from and against any and all claims and demands arising out
of or in connection with the use of the Photographs, including, but
without limitation any and all claims for invasion of privacy, right of
publicity, and defamation. Participation hereby releases custody of
negatives of, and copyright in and to, the Photographs.
This NOTICE OF RELEASE is made and entered into under the laws of
the State of Texas and it shall be governed and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of said state. This Release represents the
entire agreement regarding the subject matter hereof. No modification
of this NOTICE OF RELEASE shall be of any effect unless it is made in
