94.9 KLTY & Capital One Bank “Celebrate Freedom- Behind The Scene" Giveaway
Official Contest Rules
  1. These are the contest rules in their entirety. No other rules apply, whether implied or expressed.

  2. The contest will air on 94.9 KLTY beginning Monday, March 31st, 2008 and end on Monday June 23rd, 2008. The contest may end without prior notice. Employees of 94.9 KLTY, Salem Communications, Capital One Bank, their parent companies and subsidiaries, or any other radio station serving the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metro survey as defined by Arbitron Radio Ratings are ineligible to participate or win this contest, their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win.

  3. Persons must be at least 18 years of age to participate and win the contest. Proof of identification and age must be presented before claiming prize.

  4. Only persons who have not won any prize on the air in the last 30 days are eligible to play and win the contest. A person may not call in on behalf of another person.

  5. Only one winner will be allowed per immediate family and/or household during the contest period.

  6. To enter and be qualified for the 94.9 KLTY & Capital One Bank “Celebrate Freedom- Behind The Scene” Giveaway listeners must visit www.KLTY.com and provide their name, address, telephone number and date of birth.   On Monday, June 23rd, 2008, 94.9 KLTY will select and announce one winner on the Family Friendly Morning Show  to receive the 94.9 KLTY & Capital One Bank “Celebrate Freedom Behind The Scene” contest prize which includes the following.
    1. A family four pack of VIP tickets to Celebrate Freedom.
    2. A VIP Parking Pass for Celebrate Freedom.
    3. A 2 night hotel stay (for Friday June 27th & Saturday June 28th, 2008 only) at  a to be determined hotel.
    4. Green Room Access with the opportunity to meet all the CF performing artist.
    5. A 2008 Celebrate Freedom Autographed guitar.
    6. A 2008 Celebrate Freedom Autographed CD Brick.
    7. :30 seconds in 94.9 KLTY’s Money Machine (winner only).
    8. Dinner for winner and three guests on the VIP platform.
  1. 94.9 KLTY disclaims any responsibility for the inability to submit an entry form due to equipment malfunction, unable to log on, inadvertent disconnect, acts of God or otherwise.

  2. All prizes must be picked up in person beginning at least two business days after, but no longer than two weeks of date won at our studios at 6400 Beltline Rd., Suite 120, Irving, Texas 75063 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5: 30pm, excluding holidays) Winners will be required to provide proof of identification and sign a release form acknowledging receipt of the prize. Under no circumstances will a prize be mailed to a winner.

  3. 94.9 KLTY reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated a rule as outlined above, gained unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means. Each winner is restricted to one win during the contest.

  4. Winners must present a valid identification, including Social Security number in order to claim prize. . Winners must grant 94.9 KLTY the exclusive permission to use his or her name, biographical data, photograph, voice and likeness in connection with promotion of this and other contests and must waive claims of royalty, right of remuneration for such use. Each winner must waive any and all claims of liability against Salem Communications, its affiliates and their respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from participation in this contest or from use of the prize.

  5. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes associated with winning the prize. 94.9 KLTY will provide the winner with a Form 1099 for tax purposes.

  6. The station management whose decision is final will decide any questions concerning these rules and the administration of the contest.

  7. These rules may be amended at any time by 94.9 KLTY management, without prior notice.
