The Dallas Zoo announces its new Zoo Tunes Concert Series, produced in partnership with Kessler Entertainment Group. The opening band kicks off the concert at 7 p.m. Advance tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for children (ages 3-11) and day-of tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children. Members of the Dallas Zoo receive a discount. Parking is $5 per vehicle and can be pre-purchased along with the tickets on www.DallasZoo.com. The Dallas Zoo gates open at 6 p.m. A special presentation of SOAR, A Festival of Flight bird show will begin at 6:30 p.m. Sections of ZooNorth will be open throughout the evening, including animal exhibits such as the new Koala Walkabout presented by Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Wings of Wonder, Primate Place, Herpetarium, and Bug U!.
