If you've ever watched "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown," then you recall that Linus stayed awake all night waiting in the pumpkin patch.
Well, here at The Woods United Methodist Church, a new vibrant faith community, we have one of the biggest pumpkin patches this side of the Trinity River. An annual event, we turn our lawn into a bright orange pumpkin patch with small, medium and gigantic pumpkins to share with our neighbors and friends. It is a great way to celebrate the harvest season of friendship, family and relationships, and a great way for us to share the love of Jesus Christ. We open the Pumpkin Patch on Sunday, September 30th and end the festivities with a Party in the Patch/Craft Fair on Saturday, October 27th.
