The temperature is dropping and so is the price of admission to the Dallas Zoo. Everyone age 3 and up, including adults and seniors, can visit the African penguins and all the other animals at the Dallas Zoo for just $5 per person during the months of January and February. The Penguin Days promotion is the Dallas Zoo’s way of thanking the public for their support throughout 2012. Penguin Days is a great time to enjoy the warmth of the Herpetarium, Bug U!, the Jake L. Hamon Gorilla Conservation Research Station, and the Simmons Safari Base Camp at Giants of the Savanna. Parking remains at $8 per vehicle. When the temperature goes up in March, so does admission. Children age 2 and younger and Dallas Zoological Society members are always free.
